About Linda

Linda Rothstein is a litigator and advocate with a practice spanning class actions and commercial litigation, professional regulation and administrative law, and appeals, and she was awarded the Advocates' Society Medal in 2021. She has acted as counsel on numerous high-profile cases and public inquiries, including the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology, and is frequently engaged as a mediator and arbitrator. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
