About Leo

Leo J. Dillon is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Workplace Safety and Insurance Law, one of only twelve such specialists in Ontario. He has more than 30 years of experience representing injured workers and, as of March 2020, had represented clients in 1,623 WSIAT decisions. He represents workers exclusively and has never represented employers, handling WSIB and WSIAT appeals as well as CPP disability claims.
