About Leah

Leah Friedman practises business and commercial law, with a focus on corporate matters. She advises clients on private mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, and the drafting and review of business agreements, and also advises on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University (2020), and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2024. She practises in both French and English.
