About Line

Line Chami is the founder of CorpMed Legal. Before founding the firm she worked as a tax, corporate and transactional lawyer for healthcare professionals and small to medium-sized businesses, creating corporate structures for hundreds of medical professionals and representing physicians and dentists in the sale or purchase of their practices. She works closely with medical associations and financial institutions, offers tax-saving strategies alongside corporate and commercial legal support, and also practices in estate planning and cross-border matters.
