About Laura
Laura Maxwell articled at Johnston Family Law after graduating from the University of Ottawa in June 2022 with a Juris Doctor in common law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Brunswick and a commerce degree from Saint Mary's University. Before law school, she spent several years working on Parliament Hill and in the non-profit sector. She was called to the bar in 2023 and is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association.
