Johnston Family Law is a family law firm on Holland Avenue in Ottawa. Founder Beverley Johnston earned a law degree from the University of Windsor in 1996, taking the Smith Lyons Award for trial advocacy at graduation, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. Johnston belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the County of Carleton Law Association, and sits as a panel lawyer for the Office of the Children's Lawyer. The firm's work covers separation, divorce, child and spousal support, custody and parenting arrangements, and property division, including cases involving corporate assets, stock options, and business interests, along with wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Lawyer Andréane Lafrance, called to the Ontario bar in 2019, began a career in civil litigation at a large Ottawa firm, then practiced family law as a solo practitioner in Hearst, a hometown in northern Ontario, before returning to Ottawa to join Johnston Family Law. Lafrance provides legal services in French for francophone clients. Lawyer Laura Maxwell articled at the firm after completing a Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa in 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023, having worked several years on Parliament Hill and in the nonprofit sector before law school. Senior law clerk Sheri Kind also manages the firm's daily operations.
