About Paul

Paul co-founded Vey Willetts LLP in 2014 after working in Toronto with a labour and employment law firm and a large energy company. He earned his law degree at the University of Ottawa, along with a B.A. (Hons.) in political science from the University of Winnipeg and an M.A. in political science from the University of Calgary. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board, as well as at arbitrations and mediations. His practice covers employee privacy, workplace accommodation, severance packages, constructive dismissal, and mitigation.
