About Gareth

Gareth Dyer is an associate lawyer at Nasser Allan LLP, having joined the firm after completing his articles there. During articling, he assisted with numerous trials in Provincial and Supreme Court, along with chambers applications. He practices family and divorce law and has represented clients in contested matters, including negotiations, mediations, and litigation, and has an interest in alternative dispute resolution, valuing early collaboration to resolve conflict. During law school he volunteered at the Kent Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal advice, and served as Vice President of the Kent International Law Society. He earned a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Kent in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in 2012.
