About Latania

Latania Dyer is the founder and managing lawyer of Sway Law, a community-focused law firm in the Greater Toronto Area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, and her practice covers civil and commercial litigation, employment law, and human rights matters. In 2024 she expanded the firm into Windsor-Essex through the acquisition of Dean's Paralegal Services.
