About Lane

Lane Zabolotney is a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner whose practice focuses on estate law, tax law, and civil litigation. He regularly represents estates, beneficiaries, and other parties in estate disputes and complex estate administration, and represents taxpayers in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, including appearances before the Tax Court of Canada. Several of his publications and cases are referenced in the Practitioner's Income Tax Act and Practitioner's Goods and Services Tax. He sits on the National Board of STEP Canada and the Executive Committee of the STEP Saskatchewan Branch, and previously served on the Steering Committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation's Saskatoon Young Practitioners Group.
