About Iffat

Iffat Ritter is senior counsel at Procido LLP, with a practice that now centres on workplace investigations, legal coaching, and resolution-based family law, alongside wills and estates and real estate. She conducts workplace investigations for private enterprises, municipalities, government bodies, and unions, and is trained in the PEACE model of investigative interviewing. Iffat is a certified mediator and Parenting Coordinator listed on the Government of Saskatchewan's rosters, helping parties resolve disputes outside of court. Before becoming a lawyer she worked in dental services for Health and Welfare Canada and later as a computer consultant and instructor. She articled in 2007 and spent 15 years focused primarily on family law litigation, including several years as a partner at a Saskatoon firm, before joining Procido LLP.
