About Kyle

Kyle McNerney is an associate at Regan Desjardins LLP whose practice focuses on civil litigation, particularly insurance defence and personal injury litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph in 2015 and two Juris Doctor degrees through the University of Windsor's Dual J.D. Program in association with the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was awarded the highest mark in Professional Responsibility in 2018. During law school he interned for a judge in Detroit and volunteered in the University of Detroit Mercy's Criminal Trial Clinic, representing indigent individuals charged with criminal misdemeanours. Before articling at Regan Desjardins, McNerney summered at one of Toronto's busiest personal injury firms, and he joined Regan Desjardins as an associate in 2020.
