About Ksenia

Ksenia Tchern McCallum is the founder and lead immigration lawyer at Tchern McCallum Immigration Law. Tchern McCallum's practice covers Canadian and U.S. immigration matters, including business and investor immigration, work permits, permanent residency, family sponsorship, and inadmissibility waivers. Before founding the firm, Tchern McCallum worked at an established Canadian immigration firm and later co-founded a boutique immigration law firm in Toronto. Tchern McCallum holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Law from the University of Puerto Rico, where the thesis focused on a comparative analysis of Canadian and U.S. immigration policy. Tchern McCallum is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish in addition to English.
