About Kristopher

Kris practises construction law, including litigation and arbitration, along with insurance law and commercial litigation, handling disputes involving construction projects, commercial and professional liability, insurance coverage and estates. With over a decade of experience, he has represented contractors, insurers, developers, construction managers, property owners and businesses. Kris earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010; he was also called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2022. He has served on several County of Carleton Law Association committees and presented at OBA and CCLA continuing legal education sessions.
