About Kristina

Kristina Lesik is a founding partner of KLM Immigration Law, licensed to practise in both Quebec and California. Before co-founding the firm, she worked as a litigation attorney at a major Montreal firm, handling corporate and civil litigation, real estate transactions, leasing disputes, and construction and liability matters, along with contract drafting and advice on estate, succession, and debt recovery. She also served as a judicial extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court, assisting a Probate Court judge. Having immigrated to Canada from Ukraine and later to the United States, Lesik draws on that personal experience in her current practice, which she has dedicated exclusively to immigration law, including student, work, and investor visas.
