About Marina

Marina Minukhin is a founding partner of KLM Immigration Law and a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers (AQAADI). Before joining KLM, she practised as an immigration attorney handling criminality, inadmissibility, and rehabilitation matters for international clients from the US, UK, France, Australia, and Ireland, as well as investment-based and family-class immigration files. After articling at a top Canadian firm in corporate and contracts law, she joined a multinational aerospace and transportation company, where she negotiated multi-million-dollar aircraft purchase contracts. Having lived across North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, she brings a multicultural perspective to her immigration practice.
