Kristin Taylor is Cassels' Managing Partner and Chair of its Employment & Labour Group, advising employers on hiring, termination, severance, restructuring, and human rights matters, and representing employers in wrongful dismissal actions and grievance arbitrations. She earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1995 and New Brunswick in 2000.
