About Kris

Kris Borg-Olivier is a litigator focused on commercial and civil litigation, with experience acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes and oppression cases. He spent five years practising in New York before joining Paliare Roland and draws on that background in cross-border litigation. He holds a J.D. from Harvard University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
