About Kirsty

Kirsty Katul, BA, MA, LL.B, Acc.FM, is a family lawyer and Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. Born in Scotland, she immigrated to Canada at 16, earned a BA and MA from the University of Toronto, then attended Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2002. She practises collaborative family law and mediation, focusing on resolving separations outside of the court process.
