About Kirsten
Kirsten Hnatuk has an established family law practice covering parenting and decision making, child and spousal support, property division, adoption, and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and has successfully appeared before the Court of King's Bench on Hague Convention child abduction applications. She is trained in family law mediation and takes a practical, cost-effective approach to resolving matters. Kirsten has previously sat on the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission and mentors law students through the CBA mentorship program.
