About Kiri

Kiri Buchanan is developing a broad corporate and commercial law practice, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. She completed a secondment at Metrolinx working on contracts, real estate, and transportation matters. In law school, she won the Cohen Highley LLP Award and the Edward C. Elwood Q.C. Prize in Wills and Trusts.
