About Kevin
Kevin Yee is an associate at McKechnie & Company, focusing on commercial disputes, property disputes, builders liens, and debt collection. He has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and speaks Cantonese, often representing members of the Chinese community. He received his LLB from the University of Victoria in 2010 and a BA in psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2006. He has written for The Georgia Straight, the Canadian Bar Association, and the BC Paralegal Association, and has presented for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
