About Kevin

Kevin Marshall focuses his practice on employment and personal injury law, representing employees and injured individuals across the Greater Toronto Area. He has practised law for over 25 years, handling terminations, wrongful dismissals, workplace sexual harassment, and disability and motor vehicle accident claims. Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Master of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary, and his law degree from the University of Windsor. Outside his practice, he has volunteered for many years with the Community Share Food Bank and currently chairs the Toronto Christian Sports Association, a co-ed softball league.
