About Kevin

Kevin Henderson attended McMaster University for two years before receiving early admission to Osgoode Hall Law School. After his call to the bar in 2008, he practised law in Hamilton and then moved to a large Toronto litigation firm, where he represented major insurance companies in personal injury cases. Wanting to advocate for injured people rather than the companies fighting them, he later joined Oatley Vigmond and now draws on his insurance-industry background to pursue fair compensation for his clients. His case work has included a $15-million settlement for a woman seriously injured in a collision with a municipal snowplow. Kevin has been recognized by Best Lawyers for personal injury litigation and is designated a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Simcoe County Law Association.
