Kerry McGladdery Dent is a partner at Spero Law in London, Ontario, practising corporate, non-profit, real estate, and wills and estates law. McGladdery Dent's corporate work includes incorporation and dissolution of businesses and non-profits, corporate governance, shareholders' agreements, and applications for charitable status, while the real estate practice covers property purchases and sales, interfamily transfers, land leases, and severances. McGladdery Dent also assists clients with drafting wills, administering estates, and setting up powers of attorney and guardianship arrangements. McGladdery Dent holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Victoria and an LL.B. with Honours from the University of Alberta, and is a member of the Middlesex Law Association. McGladdery Dent serves as vice-chair of London Cares and recently completed ten years as a director of Anova, including three years as board chair.
