About Kenneth
Kenneth Zaifman founded Zaifman Law (originally Zaifman Associates) in Winnipeg in 1986, after articling with Richardson & Company and being called to the bar in 1976. His first immigration case came in 1979, when a client sought help fighting a deportation order, and immigration law has been his focus ever since. He has served as Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's immigration section, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Manitoba Bar Association, and has been active with the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
