About Jenna
Jenna C. Will founded Will Family Law in Medicine Hat. She grew up on a farm near the city and returned home after law school to build a practice rooted in Southern Alberta's farming and family communities. She earned her law degree at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2014 and was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2015. Jenna has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal, and she brings both litigation experience and dispute resolution skills to her files. She's also a registered mediator and collaborative family law practitioner, helping clients resolve matters outside of court where possible. Jenna serves as a Board Member of the Medicine Hat Health Foundation and volunteers actively in her community.
