Ken Rosenberg has a strategic practice in business and financial disputes, including commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, class actions, administrative law, and cross-border disputes, and has acted as mediator in more than 100 cases. His prominent matters include Sino-Forest Corporation, the Lac-Megantic railway disaster, Nortel, Sears, and Air Canada. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1981.
