About Kelly

Kelly Hayden specializes in patient advocacy and health litigation, including obstetrical injuries, surgical complications, delayed or missed diagnoses, and catastrophic brain injuries. She previously worked at Lenczner Slaght LLP representing physicians, has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and Ontario appellate courts, and teaches health law at Osgoode and Toronto Metropolitan University.
