About Kathryn
Kathryn Smithen has practised family law for over fifteen years, applying the Family Law Act, the Divorce Act, the Children's Law Reform Act, and the Federal Child Support Guidelines to separation, divorce, custody, support, and property division matters. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and has been featured in Maclean's, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, and Law Times.
