About Kathleen

Kathleen Ard practices family law, employment law, and wills and estates at Mint Legal, taking a collaborative approach that looks at each matter from multiple angles to progress negotiations toward resolution. She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench for family law matters, and before both Provincial and Federal Courts for criminal matters. Before being admitted as a lawyer in Alberta, Ard was admitted to practice in Australia, where she worked on family and criminal law cases. She holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia. She is a member of the Association of Women in Law, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Law Society of New South Wales.
