About Katelyn

Katelyn Leonard advises on competition and foreign investment matters, including mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominance, and anti-competitive agreements. She works with clients on approvals under the Investment Canada Act and has an active competition litigation practice. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has worked on Supreme Court of Canada appeals.
