About Karol

Karol Pawlina founded Pawlina Law in the fall of 2016 and advises small and medium sized businesses on business, corporate, and intellectual property law, with a focus on drafting agreements such as shareholder and share purchase agreements. He received his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, and is a Registered Trademark Agent. He is also a public member of the Council of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario.
