About Kalen

Kalen Brady is a Partner at Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP and a member of the firm's Estates, Wills, and Real Estate group, alongside extensive experience in personal injury law. He advises executors, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries on estates litigation, estate administration, substitute decision making, and guardianship matters, and he is frequently retained on disputes over wills, powers of attorney, and common law spousal rights. On the personal injury side, Kalen represents victims of car and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites, as well as clients facing denials of long-term disability and other insurance benefits, working to balance strong advocacy with fair, timely resolutions. He earned his Juris Doctor with a Health Law and Policy specialization from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Acadia University. He is involved with the Brain Injury Association in the Brampton and Mississauga area.
