About Justine

Justine Roussin earned a civil law degree from the Université d'Ottawa in 2019 and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020. She practises mainly in family law, handling separation, divorce, child custody, division of family property, parental alienation and loss of parental authority, and represents clients in matters involving third parties significant to a child. She also assists families and individuals with applications to open protective supervision regimes for both children and adults. Roussin prioritizes resolving disputes without litigation where possible, but represents clients before the courts when needed, and serves clients in both French and English.
