About Justin

Justin Wee is a founding partner of Arsenault Dufresne Wee Avocats. Admitted to the bar in 2016, he began his career practising criminal and penal law. His practice now focuses on defending victims of abuse of authority, and he has pleaded before every level of court in Quebec on such matters. He has given several conference talks on confidentiality in the context of sexual violence cases, and since 2018 has served on the board of directors of CRIPHASE, an organization that supports male survivors of sexual assault. He works principally on class actions involving sexual assault and civil liability claims against police and the state for abuse of power.
