About Isabelle

Isabelle Leblanc is a partner at Gasco Goodhue St-Germain practising civil and commercial litigation, particularly insurance law, construction law, disciplinary law, and civil and professional liability. Isabelle Leblanc regularly pleads before the Superior Court of Quebec, the Court of Appeal, professional order discipline committees, and the Tribunal des professions, representing insurance companies and their insureds in defence and subrogation. Isabelle Leblanc has developed particular expertise in commercial and professional liability insurance and represents owners and contractors in construction matters. Isabelle Leblanc holds a Baccalaureate of Civil Law (LL.B.) and a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Health Law, both from the University of Sherbrooke, and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2000. Isabelle Leblanc has served on the board of the Elles de la Construction Association and La Garantie Habitation des Maîtres Bâtisseurs.
