Justin P. Baichoo is the founding lawyer of BPR Litigation Lawyers with over seventeen years of litigation experience across commercial, construction, insurance, employment, family, and estates matters. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and holds an LL.M. in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and an LL.B., both from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he also taught as a Co-Director and Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy. He has contributed to several legal texts and appears at all levels of court in Ontario.
