About Justin

Justin Haack is an associate at McCuaig Desrochers LLP with a general civil litigation practice focused on construction litigation, including liens and prompt-payment disputes, as well as employment and human rights law. He completed a Bachelor of Science at MacEwan University in 2019 and graduated from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 2022, completing his articles in 2023. He has appeared before the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel and Amicus Court Assistance programs.
