About Juslia

Juslia Opimbat is the founder and president of J.O. Avocats inc. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a member of the Barreau du Québec. Since starting her career, she has handled matters across multiple areas of civil law, including contract termination, debt collection, contractual and extracontractual civil liability, neighbour disputes, defamation, fraudulent notarial acts, and title transfers. She has also worked on name-change applications and irrevocable beneficiary designation changes in life insurance, in addition to business law matters and various immigration applications.
