About Julia
Julia Fischer maintains a general litigation practice acting for both companies and individuals, including commercial disputes, contract claims, wrongful terminations, property disputes, estate litigation, and family matters. Early in her career she worked as a provincial offences prosecutor, a role she has continued alongside her regular litigation practice for over a decade. She has spoken publicly on topics including building enforcement, estate planning, and landlord and tenant matters. Julia also provides estate administration services and prepares wills and powers of attorney. She earned a B.A. (Hons) in History from McMaster University in 2007, a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2011, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
