About Ted

Ted Dueck is a lawyer who began practising in 1979 and now works as a mediator and arbitrator of family law and estate disputes. He practised family law and civil litigation for over four decades and argued cases at all levels of Ontario's courts. He earned a Master of Laws in ADR from Osgoode Hall in 2001, holds a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) designation, and has served as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Ontario Superior Court (Family Division) in Kitchener.
