About Judy

Judy S. Morrow is a founding partner of Morrow Morrow & Crosbie, which she and the late Bill Morrow established in Bay Roberts after she began her career in St. John's. She was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1986 after graduating from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 1985, and was appointed Queen's Counsel for Newfoundland and Labrador in 2017. Her practice focuses mainly on personal injury, along with family law and real estate law, over a career spanning more than 30 years. She has held a number of public roles, including Chief Adjudicator for the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission, Chair of the province's 2019 Workers' Compensation Statutory Review Committee, and Vice-Chair/Secretary of the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission and Chair of its Appeal Board. She has also taught part-time at Memorial University and has been peer-rated for legal ability and ethical standards through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
