About Joyce

Joyce Richardson was born in the small northern New Brunswick community of Lavillette, grew up in Miramichi, and now lives in Dieppe. She holds a law degree from the Université de Moncton and has practiced law in New Brunswick focusing on family law, real estate and wills and estate matters. She assists clients with child access and custody, separation agreements, and both contested and uncontested divorces, and can meet with clients virtually or in person. Her real estate practice covers purchase, sale and refinancing transactions, and her estate work includes drafting wills and powers of attorney and assisting with probate and estate administration.
