About Joshua

Joshua Cheifetz practises corporate and commercial law, tax planning, real estate, wills and estates, and mergers and acquisitions in Windsor, Ontario. He is called to the bar in Ontario, Michigan, and the District of Columbia, which he draws on to advise clients doing business across the Windsor-Detroit corridor. Cheifetz holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, along with an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Integrated Engineering, both from Western University. He completed CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Course and the Osgoode Intensive Program in Wills and Estates. He was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2013, the State Bar of Michigan in 2012, and the District of Columbia Bar in 2013.
