About Josh

Josh Lim is a criminal defence lawyer at Karapancev Law. He developed an interest in criminal law during an externship with the Crown Attorney's Office while still in law school, and later completed his articles at Karapancev Law, gaining hands-on experience with pre-trial motions, trials, bail hearings, sentencing and applications. He is known for careful attention to detail in preparing a defence and approaches each file with a strategic mindset focused on protecting his clients' rights. He earned his JD from Western University and also holds a Master of Music in piano studies from McGill University.
