About Joseph
Joseph Moise was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, and worked as a wildland firefighter for Yukon First Nations Wildfire before practising law. As an articling student he volunteered with Amici Curiae, working with residential school survivors on Federal Indian Day School Class Action Settlement claims. His practice at DuMoulin Boskovich focuses on general litigation, insurance defence, and personal injury litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, and he has appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Joseph holds a bachelor's degree from UBC and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University.
