About Joseph

Joseph Markson defends individual and corporate clients in criminal and regulatory litigation, tax evasion and white-collar crime, and the law of policing and professional discipline. A former federal prosecutor with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada from 1995 to 2021, he is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and counsel to police associations across Ontario. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992.
