About Joseph

Joseph H. McCarthy has spent his legal career practicing criminal law exclusively and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. He has conducted many hundreds of trials, defending clients against charges ranging from murder and dangerous offender hearings to simple assault and impaired driving. He graduated in law from the University of British Columbia, where he was part of the Honour Society, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Criminal Defense Advocacy Society.
