About Coady

Coady MacEachern practices business and corporate law at Giddings MacEachern Law, where the office serves as the registered and records office for hundreds of companies. He oversees incorporations and corporate transactions such as share transfers, reorganizations, name changes, and purchases and sales. Before moving into corporate law, he worked primarily in civil litigation, appearing before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia, the Court of Queen's Bench in Alberta, and various administrative tribunals. He earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in mathematics and statistics from the University of Alberta in 2004 and completed his law degree at the University of Victoria.
